UVpure is a Western Australian company with a combined history of services to many industries and sectors for electrical engineering solutions, consulting, and advisory. The company provides the internationally trusted brand products by Signify (PHILIPS) as well as detailed design, trained and certified UV-C installation, and servicing of UV-C lighting for quality, safety, and protection.
We chose to partner with Signify (Formerly PHILIPS Lighting) to sell and install the product from the leaders in lighting internationally. With over 35 years of experience in this relatively new technology to most people, we saw the opportunity to educate and engage with business sectors to provide added layers of protection in the new world since SARS-COV2 (Covid-19) and other normal everyday pathogens.

UV-C radiation is a known disinfectant for air, water and surfaces that can help mitigate the risk of acquiring an infection and has been used extensively for more than 40 years. All bacteria and viruses tested to date (many hundreds over the years, including various coronaviruses) respond to UV-C disinfection. In laboratory testing, Signify’s UV-C light sources reduced SARS-CoV-2 virus infectivity on a surface to below detectable levels in as few as 9 seconds.
